New 23 tundra owner here. How do I keep the engine running without the hybrid auto start/stop engaging while in park to cool the turbos down? Notice I don’t have the button like the other trim levels .
    Thanks.

You don't really need to. Auto-start stop won't turn the engine off if any of the sensors report high or low readings. It understands when it needs to keep coolant/oil flowing to keep components within operating range.

Do the HV's have a built in turbo timer then?

Put it in tow/haul mode it will keep the engine running.

I noticed that when in battery mode while I’m parked there’s some pumps running don’t know which ones but something keeps running and the engine will turn on after a few minutes, also sometimes the truck doesn’t switch to battery immediately after I park.

Turbo timers have not been necessary in modern cars in over a decade. Advancements in additives for modern synthetic oil mean that even overheated or not-yet warm oil still sufficiently lubricates and cools the turbo bearings.

improvements in bearings and turbo packaging also means that they don't need to have oil flowing for more than a few seconds to cool back down to safe temperatures.

The original purpose of turbo timers was to let the turbos cool down to stop degraded oil from coagulating inside of the bearings when there was no flow. Modern synthetic oil won't do that unless its FAR outside its intended temperature range, which is nearly impossible to achieve under normal usage.

I doubt it, the oil pump is mechanical but two electric pumps drive the coolant lines, and if there is an event where sensors pick up high temp then these motors will continue running after you turn off the truck even after the 1 min idle that's recommended in the manual but that's probably specific to how you are using the truck and ambient temp. I only heard the pump once when I stopped for gas on a trip but since then they don't stay on for long.

Or you can just put it in "manual" mode, it'll keep the truck running.
