    Dear aeroo,

Your vehicle (VIN: *********NXXXXXXX) has been removed from your Toyota app account, and all active Connected Services subscriptions have been canceled.

    I didn’t cancel! Crazy

Thanks LOL. Vehicle is only 6 months old. My 2020 Tundra they gave me plenty of notice when subscriptions expired, this was out of the blue.

I was poking around the app looking at subscriptions and almost cancelled mine by mistake. I thought the cancel button was how to back out of the page to prior screen because didn't see another way to get to prior screen. I caught myself and stopped before canceling the service. Any chance you did this by mistake?

It’s really bizarre, I haven’t opened the app in weeks. Just out of nowhere I get a notification from the app plus an email telling me the vehicle was removed and subscriptions canceled.

I got that email when I traded my Limited in for the Capstone. Maybe your truck in their system is no longer owned by you? Hit the button in the truck to call them and ask is what i would suggest.
