    Morning Matt. Good luck. I had mine tear a bit from a bone spur and got it all fixed up. Easy as warm apple pie. Now the shoulder surgery that went along with it sucked a bit. :anonymous:

    Almost hit one of those few weeks back in my work truck, I’m driving on gravel at night and of course as soon as I take a sip of my coffee he decided to come out. As I’m locked up sliding he decides to run in front of me same direction my truck was sliding, all I could see was legs and ass, missed him though by a foot or two maybe, And as I’m holding my coffee in one hand Lol. Sure woke me up that early morning.

    @ColoradoTJ - I've had shoulder surgery...and frankly, I'd prefer that to this.

    I'm 100% sure I've got a 'distal biceps tendon rupture.' (Where the biceps tendon tears off the radius bone.) Symptoms make it fairly obvious. The question is how much.

    Unfortunately, the *only* way to 100% fix it...is to complete the separation (which is to say, cut the rest of the tendon off the bone) and then reattach it.

    *THAT* sucks balls. I had that done in 2014, and while I'll do it again (so long as the surgeon agrees to it) - the recovery is not at all fun. A solid month or two in a ROM limiting arm brace, followed by another 2 or 3 months taking it super easy (like, limiting to 5# weights and the like).

    I mean, I hope I'm 100% wrong, but I know I'm not. Wife is a nurse and she flat out said "It's not if it's torn...it's how much."

    Once it's torn, you can either SEVERELY limit how much you pick up/lift/handle (like forever) and all that...or you can have it surgically reattached. The latter is the ONLY sure way to fix it. :/
