Yes, have the feed to each rail connecting from the Y-adapter to the back barb on each rail, then the return from each rail out from the front barb to the FPR. Most people mount to the firewall using the existing M6 stud that has a plastic cap on it. You will probably need to bend the FPR mounting bracket to fit. This is from ProSpeed's instructions where they suggest mounting:

Thanks, my Aeromotive has two ports, one on each side. Instead of a Y can't I use one for each side?

You need a Y-adapter to split the feed for each rail, but you can use both side ports for the return from each rail.

Is there a link to their instructions? I looked & only find product for sale, I don't want to ask 100 more questions.

@e30cabrio I think these pictures from my buggy might bring what you and armyoffoo are saying full circle, since it sounds like your FPR is what I have on my buggy.

Pressure line has a Y going to each rail:

Return off the rail goes into each side port of the FPR, with the bottom port going back to the tank:

Parts showed up on time today! I think I'm all set now for Monday at this point. My original pump hardwire kit ordered from Amazon still isn't here so I ended up cancelling after receiving the 2nd kit I ordered from Summit Racing.

Yeah, they are tackling the install for me. I don't feel comfortable doing it myself and have limited time working two jobs. I'll be sure to say hi to Brian for you.

I don't think we needed that Radium pump harness or at least I didn't. The install kit I ordered with the Walbro included the pigtail already. The only difference is the Radium one has the ring terminals installed.

Getting p0420/p0430 codes. I was reading on Boosted Tundras FB that you can "disable" these codes from appearing? This is the second time they've popped up. 20230406_173349.jpg

Yeah you can in HPtuners. If you still have your cats though (I don’t remember) it may be more cause for concern as far as maybe they are melted/restricting flow. @nags had a misfire from bad cats.

That is some suspiciously short lived cats if that’s the case. These trucks supercharged are definitely hard on cats though from what I read. They’re kind of a ticking timebomb it sounds like. Richer mixtures and higher EGTs/flow take a toll I guess. Is Oregon a strict emissions state?

No emissions required where I'm at.. south of Portland. I will say I notice "white smoke" when going WOT when looking in the rear view mirror. I chalked it up to vapor as it's been cold.. but maybe that's my cat's leaving the chat

Xact said HPT was spanked by the EPA & you can't tune out emissions in version 5. I found & installed 4.12 to be able to send him files he could read.

This is incorrect, they make you take a course to enable the features, like a yearly compliance course your company makes you take. I've taken it, it's just a CYA step on their part so that anyone using the software can't blame them cause "I didn't know any better, and the software let me do it..."

That injector constant may be for a higher fuel pressure too. The injector sizing is at 43.5psi, maybe this person said they were running at 60psi or something and this was the quoted constant they were given?

I'll look at the post again when I'm home for the weekend, or if work gives me a break.

Edit: Found it, no mention of what the fuel pressure was.¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I saw that post in the Repository from korbiams running fuel at 60 psi. Not sure where he got that constant from.

SlowNStock had a formula for estimating:

To estimate a totally unknown injector constant, you can use a formula for fuel mass:

Cylinder Airmass / Stoich AFR = Injector Pulse Width * Injector Flow Rate

    Rearranging terms:

Injector Pulse Width = Cylinder Airmass / (Injector Flow Rate * Stoich AFR)

    Substituting into our earlier equation:

Cylinder Airmass / (Injector Flow Rate * Stoich AFR) = 10 * Cylinder Airmass * Stoich AFR * Injector Constant

A little more algebra with the above terms, we finally arrive at:

    Injector Constant = 1 / (10 * Injector Flow Rate * (Stoich AFR)^2)
