    Hey y’all.

Picked up my 2023 Tundra Trd Pro about a month ago and having some quality issues.

    1. panoramic sunroof excessive rattling/ creaking noise whenever there is a temperature change. So no issues in the morning but by the afternoon with a temperature increase it’s making excessive noise. If I open the front panel just a little bit or take my hand and push slightly on the glass the noise stops. As soon as the panel is closed or my hand is released the noise is back.

    2. the panoramic sunroof headliner has little wrinkles forming.

    3. the vinyl on the a- pillars is coming off.

    4. rattling from the both front doors with any music with bass. (hear this is a common issue).

I have owned Toyotas before but not what I expected for a 70k truck.

dealer is involved and Toyota is sending out a master tech but wondering if anyone else is having these issues?

Here is a link to a post from one of our threads.... I believe this is from a '22, but if you scroll up a couple of pages you'll see a couple of other guys that've had problems w/their sunroofs. Apparently Toyota had a TSB out for MY 2018-2020 sunroof issues; one of the guys having issues within that thread is having them with his 2021. So, seems like could be a general QC issue or maybe some carryover from that TSB...

I just picked up my 23' Pro last week. I have almost 1K miles on her and I have none of the issues you have. My only problem is some crappy installation of the PPF on the bed. Dealer is on top of it though and it is getting replaced.

I have issue 1 which is the panoramic sunroof creak. If I push up on the glass in the corner it creeks or driving over any bump in the road but only when it’s cool out. If in the high 70’s or 80 no creek. Bringing it in to the dealer Monday

@chemtrail - guessing you’re an airline or AMC pilot?
