Need IVD Rep

So technically this is related to suspension, but it’s been more than 5 business days since my request was submitted.

Ordered my RXT pack, opened it and found out that it was the Tacoma pack and not the Tundra pack. Very frustrated that it’s taking so long for IVD to resolve this issue for me.

Do we know if IVD is active on here or TW?

Tundra is 158509, Tacoma is 158505.

Called and they said to submit ticket. I’m going to call again.

I reached out via their Instagram page, but they said they’ll direct me to their Customer Service.

 

My packing list stated that it’s a Tundra pack too. SMH on logistics quality.

 

They’re pretty shitastic. I haven’t heard a peep from my ticket I submitted a couple weeks ago. I think my RXT packs are the last product I’ll buy with their name on it.
