Harbor Freight vs Pro Eagle

I paid for the two year warranty. Since I already had a coupon the price of the two year warranty plus the jack was the same as the regular price of the jack itself. Picked it up today.

I know that the Pro Eagle site is adamant that all its spare parts you can buy for its jack will only work on its jack but I'd bet a $2 bill that the wheels and a couple of the other parts would fit the Badlands jack.

I love that the cheaper one comes with a handle and the mounting system for the extension is slick business. Slicker than its more expensive counterpart.

Hard to come by. This last coupon was the first I've seen em include the jack. Even the cashier mentioned he'd never seen them get discounted.

 

Anyone buy or build any mounts yet?

 

Have the 911 motor sports roll on version sitting in my garage. Only downfall of the split piece mount is it makes it a little more difficult to mount to the bed. Going to need to attach them to plywood or something and mount that to the bed

did anyones badland not have all 4 wheels touch the ground when assembled?

my first one the right front wheel would hover and sometimes skim the ground. Was like oh well Hf return policy. So returned it and got a new one… same thing haha.

I know the jack will work fine without it, swapped a couple suspensions before I returned the other one, but curious if anyone else has had this issue.

 

Mine is fine. I rolled it across the bed of the truck and didn't notice anything. I'll look tomorrow. Just get a mount from @fisherman951 and make the other 3 wheels float too .

 

Did some matrix shit happen or did a mod move my post? Swore I put it in a different thread.

What he said ^. Mine was the same way until I used it, then it leveled out. Plus, it's an off road jack so you won't notice the 3 wheel motion in the dirt haha

 

Yea did some work on the tundra with it yesterday. Under load all 4 wheels get planted. Looks like it’s staying. Thanks fellas. I was being a stickler the first time around. Still a great jack.
