    I remember this house from 1979. Was owned then by a bazillionaire Saudi. The price dropped. At one point the Pitkin House was worth closer to 80 million+....
    Note:Good news is that the house lighting has been converted to LED to save money. Still have the property tax issue. Maybe we can all chip in and have a primo meet & greet dive.
