Was given a gift of frt and rear mats for my 2005 Access Cab, unfortunately they were ordered for a Tacoma. Obviously no fit. I called WT and talked to Michelle, she sent a prepaid shipping ticket for a no charge return and sent correct mats. New mats received but fit was not good. Called WT again and talked to Kloie, she had me send pictures of installed mats, agreed that fit was not to their specs. Joe C sent email suggesting turning mats inside out and let set for two days. This fixed problem fit is near perfect. Little bit of a hassle but customer service was great and will buy from WT in future if need for their products. Thanks again. Wayne

Don’t worry in a month or so they will be all rolled, deformed, and won’t fit anymore.

WeatherTech used to be the best hands down but over the years their liners have gotten thinner and thinner, likely for ease of shipping.
My first set in 2007 or so you could not fold them and those suckers stayed formed.
Each vehicle after that they got thinner and thinner.
Still have a set in the wife’s Suburban as they are the only one that makes the cocoa color and they are in terrible shape.
I went with Gator in the Tundra and they are still shaped like the day I bought them.

I agree with this; having bought WT for 5 of my 7 Toyotas in the past the latest offerings are much thinner and less exact fitting. I have moved on from WT especially at their price point. But good to know that have exceptional customer service

All I use to order was Weather Tech for my cars but like the post above me said the material has been getting thinner and thinner and they fold on the edges over time. I still have a set in my 15 venza and the passenger side looks terrible same in my 13 Lexus ES that i got back in 2019 and passenger side all folded over so i decided to go with Husky weatherbeaters for the truck and not a single issue in the 2 years that they have been in the truck. Just my .02

Their retail store is super nice though.

I used WT a on my first 2 Tundra’s but had similar issues with my last set. I bought Husky 5 years ago for my current Tundra and they are as tight of a fit as the day I bought them. Thin? HELL no and they are very easy to clean. I just put the locking tab in the carpet on the passenger side yesterday and it does not move. When we go out wheeling and my wife rides along I always see the mat all slid up under the dash so I tacked it down.

I would have spot see another set from another MFG in order to change my mind on Husky
