    Like I said, I might go out and take some pictures of the camping area and give ya'll some insight into what we're working with.

    I've lived in Flagstaff for 8 years. I lived for 3 years right on the edge of the forest. I'm avid mountainbiker and would be dying by April to get on the bike. There were definitely some springs where the forest roads were super muddy even into May, but usually that's because we got an April storm. In 2018 I remember it was 70º in Feburary and March when my daughter had just been born, we loved it. Then in April we got a big storm and the forest was muddy for a few weeks after.

    But I've never seen it this wet.

    Nope. Forrest and desert at higher elevations. Scrub brush and desert at lower elevations. Forrest and volcanic pebbles in the Cinders area.

    I love it. I'm going to get to experience so much new to me terrain. I'm used to rocks, hills, bluffs, mud, and dust. From the Hill Country to the Piney Woods. Some day I want to do the canyon near @bmf4069

    Now I'm curious what's the elevation at camp. Google time

    Sedona is above 4000 but camp is above 7000k. Google Munds Park, not Sedona, for camp. Freaking freezing!

    Yeah, it gets freaking cold. I just double checked that the heater is working well in my trailer, and it is.

    Which means nothing of course, it'll probably crap out the first night there.

    <sigh>

    yes. Babies' heads on the dirt road between camp and the lookout and Sedona.

    no. There're not (typically) babies' heads on the [same] dirt road between the freeway and camp. It's a well-maintained road that allows fancy travel trailers get pulled into camp.

    Left some options, Fits the 10x8 tent in the nook with both seats all the way back. Gonna build a platform for the center console cause this ahole is gonna stand there.
    Thinking something adjustable like this ranger sized bed extender with one corner cut off and the ends either plugged or flattened. I can add some lugs to the ramp, but he really prefers to get in on the driver side, but theres gonna be shelves there. Gotta trim the front leg for sliding, and both compartments would be easily accessible.

    D45FBDA4-C73B-41CC-B326-DABEE93B98DC.jpg

    yea, he needs all the room.
    F60CFE6F-28D5-4EF6-A67F-DE8BE0633B49.jpg
    The front seats are all the way back and moderately reclined.

    He does, but i know its coming. Leo was 8 when he broke a nerve. He had to hop in/out of an s10 blazer and a jeep xj. He will in/out the pass side. Hops in like a deer. I want shelves on the driver side. And him to know he'll in/out on the pass side everytime.

    :burp: my truck is finally getting some needed TCL Friday. In its current state, I doubt I'd make it out of my state without blowing the front diff since it's been leaking. Also getting my skids back on. I guess they're going to use those threaded things that weld on to the frame. I can't recall for the life of me what they're called.
