I had the westcott 3/1 collar lift with 35” tires installed on my 2023 sr5 Trd off road package tundra today and they couldn’t get the alignment right. This shop has installed several of these kits with no issues just not on tundras with red shocks like mine. Tried reaching out to Westcott but no reply yet.Anyone else have this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What numbers are out of spec? Caster? Camber? Toe? Are you still on stock upper control arms? Was the truck aligned correctly before the lift went on?

You’ll loose caster at a 3” lift which is why aftermarket upper control arms are recommended.

Westcott has a video on YouTube that has some tips on dialing in the alignment— not sure if that will help but it’s worth a shot if you can send it to your techs.

My shop couldn't get it to work either. I took it to the dealership and they didn't have any trouble. I have the Platinum with AVS.

Is this actually with the Trd pro as well?

if Aftermarket upper control arms are needed what is a good brand to look at? I really don’t want to dump more money into it right now but at the same time I want it to be right, if I need to be changing these out I will.
