Installed a startx remote start module on my truck and think it possibly shorted something in my charging system because I have the “brake” the “slip” the “airbag man” and the “abs” lights on the dash. The truck has to be jump started. Also radio doesn’t power on, truck will not shift from park and the auto headlight feature doesn’t work. Please help!! This is my daily and I have to go back to work on Monday!

I would start by disconnecting the remote start and then checking all your fuses. Did you wire up the remote with the battery still connected?

Yea it was still connected. Wasn’t a smart move but forgot when I started the install process. Remote start is removed and laying on backseat. All fuses under hood are good. Is there any other fuse panel on these trucks? I know some other foreign manufacturers like to hide a smaller one.

2"CB shackles, bushings and 1 shim, lockerdown console vault, rear folding seat back mod, snugtop shell with opening side windows, 46g fuel tank, SDHQ sliders and hidden winch, Decked Drawers, Alcan leaf springs and got rid of the interior chrome
Exactly this. Back track, removing and reversing everything you did. Confirm all fuses are good and report back

There's a smaller one under the dash D/S above your feet.

If all else fails with the fuses, definitely get the battery checked out.

OP opened two threads at once for his problem, in the other thread he said he found a burnt fuse that solved it.
