Sent you an updated tune. Tweaked the MAF settings, and you're not maxing out the MAF anymore with the 4" intake so that's great.

 

Tank on the way back in.

 

It runs & the gas gauge is correct!, just have to button it up!

 

Shake down cruise 45 miles each way to Cave Creek to get a table. My Son & Daughter are in town & taking my Wife's car and our other car in different directions tomorrow, so my Wife is taking it to work, first time she is driving it in over a year & I'm too beat to put the plates on, hope the garage at the state capitol is secure!

 

Have all of you with you with Super Chargers done a Dyno run? I ask because if the limit for the Tundra motor is 600 at the crank how would you know what you are pushing for Horses?

 

I dyno’d stock 282whp

I ended up with 477whp

so I added about 200whp

200 + 381 stock crank hp=581

or thereabouts

 

Crank is good for more. Rods and pistons aren't.

Fireman Dan's build was pushing ~570 to the wheels on E85

 

This was Dec 2020, before I upgraded to ARH 1 7/8 headers and did my fuel mods. After installing the headers and going back for a touch-up tune, ProSpeed said my truck was losing fuel pressure at higher RPMs but was over 600HP on their hub dyno...I didn't get a final number. I will be going back with my five-o injectors and getting a touch-up with dyno numbers.

 

I want to make sure with what is coming up to have a nice safety margin.

 

Before driveline loss that figure would be slightly higher.

Mind if I ask what’s the official mod list for that dyno run then? Curious as compared to the Magnuson truck they used for their write up on the Prospeed intake and RCF TB.

 

Harrop 2650 w/85mm pulley, ProSpeed intake and fuel system, RCF throttle body, JBA long tubes with JBA mid-pipes, Gibson dual 2.5" exhaust

 

I'm tunning & dynoing 3/27. I will post my results.

Have not seen the gauge on full in a year!

 

With the blower, it never stays there for long!

The gauge when full was under 3/4 because flex sender & non flex cluster.

The bigger issue is heat + tight ring gaps + weak lands. On one of Viktor's vids he grenaded his engine at around ~5PSI; probably after several back to back runs but no details were given.

Just went 98 miles mostly freeway. Wow! I can't believe there is more power there, feels great! It threw 2 codes that immediately cleared. Got a really solid table for 60 bucks (plus 45 in gas as I just spent 92 bucks & have just above 1/2 tank) lol

462 is fuel sender, oddly it caused all the movement lights to flash, 4hi, low, dsc etc.



P101 is maf.



Table is easily 100 pounds & I'm too burnt to deal with it tonight.

Where should I mount the Innovate map sensor? Where do I get vacuum/mount away from heat/electronic "noise" under the hood? Seems like saying take a bath & stay dry!
