I feel like the other thread is a different set of issues. Mine is exactly what your video shows. The other thread is A-pillar or headliner stuff. Mine is behind the dash, steering column, or around my feet I think. Sounds just like your video. You ever figure it out. Just took mine in for service and they couldn’t figure it out.

could not tell from your video. check your LCA settings - it has sound and vibration options that, depending on sensitivity selected, make noise and vibrate to let you know you are nearing the lane line. I turned my LCA off. GL.

Thanks. Not LCA…I turn that off day one . It is a click sound. Almost like you hear in a 4 runner using adaptive cruise control. But this happens going over any sort of uneven road. Probably happens once every 30 seconds. The OP sounds like exactly the same. Was wondering if he found a solution. The click on his video is right at 16-17 seconds into the video

I understand and thought the same. My noise is very deceiving and also sounds like it’s in the dash. I did a deep search behind my steering wheel and A-pillar to no avail. Tonight I pressed pretty hard on the headliner between the windshield and sun visor and the noise stopped but then started again as I released pressure.

For anyone who has the dash rattle/clicking noise that isn't the a-pillar....its a clip that is attached to the roof of the truck and glued to the windshield from factory when the windshield is curing. Its directly above the steering wheel. Pulled my headliner down, broke the black plastic piece out and bent the metal tab down just a little and clicking is completely gone!

have a look at my post.https://www.tundras.com/posts/3485041

everything should be there to solve your issue. I did this last weekend and the noise I have was exactly as per your video

    good luck.
