What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

Nice!!!! My son has a '21 hatch and wants to do nothing but funnel every dime he has into it. Can't blame him! That GR is a well appointed ride, too. The few I found allocated in Houston were all being sold at $10k+ over MSRP which is absolutely bonkers.

 

I didn’t quite catch it turning, but hit the same milestone today.

 

Getting around to installing all the mods that have been piling up in my garage. Had a little extra energy today and knocked this out as well as some photos of the brake lines and shock guards from the other day

 

Hopefully the next couple of days nice weather get my truck cleaned up. All this shit they put down in Pa.

 

Just curious, how long did you have to wait to get your bumper? I ordered mine in August of 21 and still nothing.

TAG motor sports. Reasonably priced, came with the grill insert, letters and TSS cover. The Screws they sent didn’t really hold the letters well so I picked up some longer stainless steel ones. That was really the only hiccup.

 

Installed the old gen pro grille on my 21 tundra. @Tundra234 made a new and improved face plate to the AJT relocation bracket. I like the old gen pro grille over the new gen by far, so this was a huge mod for me.

also added some Baja Designs ditch lights.

 

Love that color

 

Which is why Roman was such a valuable asset to the community.

 

Just ordered my X2Power 27F, and I'll order this as well. I do have a charger already set up in the garage so topping off periodically shouldn't be much of an issue.

 

Looks great man. Did you utilize the switch that comes on the wiring harness or did you buy a replacement factory switch for the dummy locations?

@RainMan_PNW is really starting to pull away from me. I’ve been sittting at 41k in my ‘21 for a while now. We’ve been driving the LX a lot since we got it in Nov.

I have done this to my crewmax. It was pretty nerve racking to start, but I followed the ESP video for installation. It turned out all easy and well. I believe I have some step by step pictures of my installation somewhere. Send me a message if you would like to see them if you decide to do it.

 

With the appalling BS his dealership tried to pull on me when I bought a vehicle from them a few years ago, I’m not surprised. That place is shady.

I used your switch included with the harness. It’s the only electric I’m running so far so no need to replace it in my opinion. Plus, it’s actually a pretty cool switch compared to the industry standard. It’s usually overlooked, but I like yours.

 

Rotated tires. Damn these 35s are heavy.
