    Haven't heard that yet. I wouldn't be surprised, NYC is screwing everyone to make money. That congestion pricing is BS. I hate that I have to pay MTA surcharges every month on my cell phone bill. And every time I renew my drives license and vehicle registrations I have to pay MTA surcharges. I don't live near NYC and don't use the MTA, why do I have to pay for their buses or trains? NY sucks!
