Who has the AJT TSS relocation kit and still has sensor errors? I have made a thin ABS cover and I'm looking for a couple of people to test it on theirs to see if it fixes your issues. The top pic is the AJT and the bottom is mine.

I'm going to pull my AJT cover (I had a machine shop flycut the face) and look for any inside material that is messing with it. Mine is pretty thin already

Very nice! I have a road trip coming up in a few weeks, this will get plenty of run time.

Yeah will do, sir. I imagine it will take some time for it to get here. Do you want them sent back your way so you can replicate them, or are we allowed to purchase what we’ve got?

It shouldn't take too long to get there. I still have my AJT cover so I can replicate it. I sent those out for you guys to test and see if it fixes the issues that people have with the original cover. I'm hoping that it is a solid fix. The three that I sent out to you guys are on the house.

Well that's awesome! I'll be sure to report back my findings. Probably won't be until mid-April once I'm done with the first big leg of our trip. I'll have about 2000 miles on it by then.

Gotcha. So you have the 14-17 Pro style like I have. What errors are you getting with yours?

that’s what I’m running. It should get here this week. My other option was to permanently mount it to the bottom portion like one guy did on here. His has had no problems, but I wasn’t too keen on permanently affixing it to the plastic with epoxy.

I cut the ribs out of the AJT cover. Will test out this afternoon

The top had already been flycut a bit thinner. Hopefully removing the ribs will eliminate the issues.

I Broke 2 of these 3 lower grill clips, anyone have a p/n?

It is still close to 1/8 thick with the ribs removed. The first Jomax cover was thicker as well and they went to a thinner cover before the stopped producing them. Try it and see if you still have issues. If you do, I have one ready to mail in 1/16th if you want to be my fourth tester. :D

I believe mine is getting assembled this evening. Weather is a defining factor for me and my help. We’ve got some lighting to run first before the rain hits. I’ll confirm when it’s all done and keep this thread updated as the driving goes
