Nah, wouldn't want to risk messing up the hood installing them if they aren't needed, looks better without.

Yeah I just went through my emails. 15% off on Black Friday on top of any installer/dealer discount. I think the best I've seen for the others is around ~10% or so.

Anyone ever sleeve a block? What does it typically run?

Edit: $200/cylinder seems to be average.

Worked fine, I was skeered something would break. Getting the plastic cover off the stock pulley was no fun, it wouldn’t unscrew and broke up.

Kind of makes the Rago mount useless because anything mounted will block the gauges. I would have probably removed the Rago and installed the gauge pod in its place.

Got pretty excited there for a minute. I know it's personal preference, but I don't like the industrial (metal) look of the Rago and other interior mounts like that. However that is very very close to what I'm wanting for my gauges.

Also, the full exhaust with my work bonus is out. I NEED to finish my second bathroom shower remodel that I demo'd too long ago lol. If you have any suggestions for contractors or companies is Denver area let me know!

Looks like a nice setup. Reminds me of the 350z gauges on the center dash.

I liked it until @AZTundra $#!+ on it. Looks clean but kind of either or with the Rago.

Yeah I'd prefer having those triple gauges sitting where the Rago mount is at. I also am not a big fan of the metal mount

That's what I had in my Mazdaspeed3. Big turbo, built bottom end, e85...had a triple pod styled after the 350z's in that area

What's that other gauge for anyway? I see what looks like boost and AFR/Lambda.

When I zoomed in, I thought it said "Fuel", so probably fuel pressure.

Depending on what unit of measurement is used since it says 51 it looks like

Now I am paranoid: "Should I be monitoring fuel pressure?"
You know what screw it, when is doubt throw some meth at my problems:

I know at least one of you will get my stupid joke. No I don't use meth.

Weird, that's a lot of dead space.

Today FedEx dropped off the SCOL coupler with o-rings and the supercharger idler pulley.

If anyone is curious why the SCOL supercharger idler pulley is so much more expensive at $168.99 compared to the Dayco 89016 which sells for around $23.00 I just found the answer. The SCOL pulley included the engine bracket and bolts along with the pulley although the website didn't state all of that was included. I was trying to get an answer why the major price difference before I ordered, but didn't. The Toyota TRD Idler Pulley (PTR29-34084) also runs $143.46 so I was hesitant to go with the $23.00 Dayco part due to the large price difference. Hopefully this info will save someone else some money in the future...If you just need the pulley only go with the Dayco.

FiveO injectors are due to arrive tomorrow and I hope all of the seals are included @e30cabrio was missing 6.

Gates green belt should be here Saturday and then the glowshift vent pod around the middle of next week. Last piece is the @snivilous pulley and then figuring out a tuning solution and schedule the install.

Sure I could see monitoring in a case where you are trying to dial a build in but is it "necessary" to dedicate a fulltime gauge for it or am I mistaken?
I know some of the AEM gauges are multi-function too.
Edit: Looks like it may do oil pressure too.

Well in my case it’s first in the order of things that can’t be watched through an obd monitor, second would be oil pressure because the factory wideband is fine for now. Need to go measure @reywcms pops Whipple to see if it clears my coil tower brace, Whipple said it will but didn’t get a good feel from the conversation. Found it interesting truck will start perfect with 1 psi fuel pressure after sitting for a few weeks.31E543F3-F1DF-4AEB-8810-4BE7B98F6B10.jpg

Unless you think you'll have lots of issues, waste of space imo. Doesn't hurt if you want to go full racecar, but you'll know if you have pressure issues. In the hierarchy fuel pressure is pretty low on my list of things I want to know. Just my $.02
