I didn't entirely believe the hype about street performance gains of the TRD rear sway bar, but I got a really good deal on one.

I stood corrected today. Nice. Everything that felt "boaty" about cornering, forgotten. My truck's mostly road queen, with the rare gravel adventure. Think it'll be nice while towing, too.

 

plan “B” Icon billet could not alignment so removed and went with SPC, got to specs. 37” are a beast and my 6” lift looks better

Yeah... I found out when I was pricing one of the aluminum ones...

 

Pollen season is intense around here this time of the year. Took the nice weather as a chance to spray it off with the pressure washer while my Martins chirped around me.

This color is too nice to not keep it sprayed off.

Yes it is and pretty hard. They canceled a very large annual fundraising event because of it.

 

Interior pieces getting some attention. Blacked out the handles and silver trim with SEM black paint, and reupholstered the upper panels in black suede. Front doors up next.

 

Curious how the SEM holds up on high traffic areas like door handles.

I didn't plan well so I had to get an oil filter from the local dealership. Their parts dept is in the bays. I couldn't help but notice this. Not a good day for this 3rd Gen owner:

 

The rest of my dash panels have been painted in SEM for about three years. It’s the most durable paint I’ve used for the interior.

 

Hobby Lobby had it, Amazon has private companies that provide it as well.

 

I wouldn't know where the nearest Hobby Lobby is at but I damn sure know about Amazon. They should probably name their next DC after me.

How easy is it to reattach those?

 

Guy who quoted me for my lift refused to get me the icon ucas. Told me spc would be my best bet. Why do they even pair those with the kit if everyone has issues with them.
