unpopular opinion:

Beaver nuggets are over-priced AND over-rated considering what you get and what they are.

Let it be clear though.....I do very much enjoy Buc-ee's and all about them, I just feel some things are talked up more than what they actually are.

Since I just got six bags I'll assume we have a difference of opinion.

 

i enjoy them and will buy them and snack on them for my wife, but it's not my first choice.

I get mine from a friend that goes to see family a few times a year. Yeah, ordering on line is a non starter from a cost standpoint.

I actually really like the dudes at Axis-mart on Broadway, their prices are highway robbery. One Friday I had mentioned hey be safe tonight, the cashier sorta enlightened me on how they took care of shop lifters or people trying to rob them, hahah I said good for you!!!!

My dad was a diabetic, I think type one? Used insulin 2x a day, it was a bitch and basically what killed him in the end. But he always had rolls of sweet tarts everywhere; that had the ok sugar for him to have or when he had a reaction it was good to give him those. Not sure how my mom did it all those years………….
Hahaha he didn’t drink at all, but when he was having a reaction, he was on another planet!!!! So we usually caught on pretty quick. He was actually pretty lucky to live as long as he did with the multiple car accidents while having a reaction

 

We have a "New one" being built in Ocala But traveling 2 + hours just to "experience the adventure"

Now once they do open and @ToyoMafia has a "Calls to Arms" in that area then I would be convinced to drive up there..
