I have never had a rockstar as I can remember. I had a bottled Frappuccino, too sweet. I have my one cup of regular coffee, black and maybe another in the afternoon if I’m traveling. Otherwise it’s mainly water and beer. An occasional mixed drink for a change. I used to drink Gatorade years ago, bit too many chemicals and sugar for me now.

 

That's what they say On the serious side of things, it was a factor when house shopping because insuring a home in a tsunami zone is apparently more expensive... So, we are not only elevated, but the zoning wizards felt that if The Big One does there would be more of an impact to the north of us and the south of us (by about a mile each way); even the folks that are near sea level a couple of hundred feet in are technically not in T-zones...

Kinda sounds to me like someone in the area had some influence during the zoning planning stages

 

Used to drink monsters 20ish years ago. then moved to redbull and NO2. coffee has been kind of a go to on and off between that and hot water with some lemon juice and honey. If I get an energy drink now, celcius. Water during the day and whiskey in the evenings.

I was in Germany when Redbull first kicked off and before it hit big time in the states. I loved that shit - now I can’t stand it.

I’ve got these on my truck. They’re at a decent height. Not as low as I’d like but about as good as you get without other compromises on fit

 

They had a grape for a while but I must have been the only one who liked it. They have another Monster that comes in a special can with NO or something in it that I used to love too. But Ghost, Ryse, C4, and Lost and Found flavors are next level and without the sugar.

The Ultra line of Monsters are no sugar, as well. At least I think they all are. Still, I don't drink any often enough to worry. If the ghost ones weren't made with coffee I'd give them a shot.

 

Ryse just released a Grape Bazooka bubble gum flavored pre workout. I’m hoping an energy drink is next.

 

I don’t like the aftertaste of their sugar free stuff. The Lost and Founds are only 150mg of caffeine.

If you don't like the taste, you don't like the taste. I can understand that.

I'm not averse to the caffeine or it's quantity. It's coffee and leaf tea that I avoid.
