Yes it's a good kit, my opinion the top 3 kits out there are Ready Lift, Pro comp, BDS.

Pay the little extra and get the stage 2. I like mine. Comes with coilovers. Then get toytec shackles and you'll be good to go. Then save up and get a leaf pack and replace the rear blocks

Yea I have the 7 inch BDS kit installed.. I don't off road. Strictly street Truck and it feels fine to me. I have MT tires also so remember one thing. If you're going from a stock truck to a lifted truck, lots of things change. Tires are gonna make the ride diff also.. with that being said. My lift feels great. I ride only street, I know it's not gonna ride as smooth as stock. That's what you need to know.. the spacer lift that you hear people talk about. I don't have any issues with mine.. it rides good, freeway feels good.. I might get the Coilovers added to mine next year but it's not a must for me. Mine rides fine. The brand of lift you get also determines the quality of the ride. There are others that are better.. you can do research and see which ones are good and the ones you should stay away from. Check out people's build pages and see what they have done to their trucks.. gives you a good idea of where to start and options you have..

Not to thread jack but what is a leaf kit that can be used to eliminate the 3in block and AAL that come with the procomp kit? Currently I'm running that setup with toytec shackles at 1 1/2 to get my truck to sit level

i'd say coilovers are superior to spacers. Personally, I would go stage 2 or above. I had a spacer lift (3/1) before I wised up and got my coilovers. Big difference, of course, I live in a city where potholes, broken shocks and shitty road maintenance is an everyday thing. Plus I do go down pretty nice trails on the way to the cabin and fishing spots......

Is there something around a 4in? I think I'd be sitting too high in the ass with that leaf kit. Says it's 6 in. I figured to replace the block and the AAL would be around 4 in. Or am I wrong assuming that? Like I said I'm sitting level maybe just a bit high in the rear with 3in block, AAL from procomp and toytec shackles set at 1 1/2

Or is that saying these are the leaf kits to use with a 6in lift?

Its good amongst its peers. That said, no spacer lift is optimal. Consider Bilstein 5100s

LOL i'd say you need bypasses and good bump stops for that.

you for damn sure couldn't jump with the stage one!
