Has anyone tried eBay tundra tow mirror with blind spot Monitoring, heating, and power movement? Looking to buy them I saw people like boast tow mirrors but they are to much for me. I was just going to get the color match cap for the stock mirror but the Toyota store I was buying from on eBay screwed me on my color match trd grill and hood bulge. So I canceled my order completely which included my mirror caps so now I’m thinking about these https://www.ebay.com/itm/3040588553...GZ0rBC_Rpe&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

edit: one review is good one review says bsm didn’t work. If no one has personal experience I suppose I could be the Guinea pig :crapstorm:

I really want to try a set, but I don’t think they make ones that are power, heated, and auto dimming do they?

These are power heated and the top section you can move from inside the truck not the bottom half tho at least from my understanding. Auto dimming I don’t know I may have to buy and report back i give it a day to see if anyone has Personal experience with them

So the general issues folks have when buying the tow mirrors off Amazon and Ebay, tend to be poor fitment and sometimes the pins are not installed the same as those in your vehicle harness. If that is a gamble you are willing to take or you are confident you can solve both problems if they arise. Those mirrors do look decent.

I am always skeptical of quality when something is that cheap. 1 mirror from Toyota is almost $500. But I'm one of those that after a lot of research and not wanting to deal with the hassle went with Boost and have 0 regrets. No matter which h you go with the added visibility of the "GM" style tow mirrors is incredible. I wish you luck.

Yes I do not tow too often. With my current mirror the bsm helps a lot I’m new to a tundra so the seat really gets in my way to looking over my shoulder. If these really help a lot with just being able to look at mirror I’ll be happy..well as long as the heated mirror work too I love that feature haha. Preferably would like the bsm to work still as security measure

Another option for BSM when towing is a rear view wireless camera on your RV/Trailer with a FRAC Harness and Trailer Video Switch Module. Not only do you get great BSM on your head unit display, but you have a great reverse view when backing the trailer into a tight spot. Good to have options!
