I have a brand new in the box set of Fox 2.5 DSC Front Coilovers (0-3” Lift) Part# 880-06-947 , and Fox 2.5 DSC Rear Shocks (0-1”) Part# 883-26-006 for a 2007-2021 Tundra.

These have been factory tuned for the Tundra and are ready to install. Online this setup is advertised at a little over $4,000 plus shipping. I am asking $3500 plus shipping.

if someone is interested in going with these coilovers you might want to hop on these. I waited almost 18 months for mine from fox.

Hence why I’m selling. I got tired of waiting and went with Dobinsons about 4 months after I ordered the Fox. The Fox was just delivered, and I just don’t have the time to make the swap even though part of me really wants to! :frusty:

Why ask for either? Your existing suspension must be replaced to maintain optimum operating requirements. ;)

I’m going to ask….. these are a much better improvement over oem TRD fox pro’s?

I need justification to ask the banker, aka the boss.

Not an expert, but I do know they are a larger diameter body than the Pro’s, the height can be adjusted to be taller than the Pro’s (or down to stock height), the valving can be adjusted for different ride quality, and the reservoirs have a larger capacity.

I can’t speak for factory Fox to Fox DSC comparison, but the fact that you can dial in compression in about a minute made these worth it for me and factory Fox are expensive as it is, so why not have an added benefit.

If you tow or frequently go between loaded and unloaded, the shocks are amazing and worth the price tag. I also had Bilstein 6112/5160 before the Fox DSC setup, and while Fox is obviously more $, if your budget allows it, DSCs we’re a big upgrade from Bilstein.

Low speed compression adjustment on a family road trip with loaded cab and bed full of your stuff really helps with body roll during turns of twisty roads, and that’s even after sway bar installation.

My only tip for a buyer is to carry a small punch that fits in the holes of the blue dial (high speed compression). After some miles, there’s dust and road grime that make the dial harder to turn by hand and the punch makes it easy.

I have all dials fully open during normal, unloaded driving.

I have overhauled my entire rear suspension (and everything other than lower control arms in the front) including leaf springs, bushings, shackles, paired with stock Bilstein, 5160, and now Fox DSC. Not a damn thing has helped bed bounce other than having a load in the back of the truck.

I’d compare fully open Fox to Bilstein for daily driving, but I feel like Fox do a better job soaking up bigger bumps. That’s also fully open with the ability to stiffen up your suspension if needed.

I bought Bilstein combo based on ranting and raving on this forum but I was not that impressed. Was it an improvement over stock? Sure. Then I ran across someone selling Fox shocks below msrp, so I jumped on the deal and sold Bilsteins. I will gladly spend money on another Fox set over Bilstein.

Accutune does a good job explaining linear (Fox) valving vs Digressive valving (Bilstein) in one of their videos.

That’s unfortunate about the bed bounce. That is only thing I truly hate about my truck. I was looking to see if aftermarket would help that. I hear a lot of mixed things related to bed bounce.
