Hey all, need quick help I did an oil change on my 4.6 2 days ago filled to recommended level (7.9Q). My truck oil level shows a bit low should I top off with a bit more oil? Please lmk thanks everyone I provided picture or what my gauge says.

The guage shows oil pressure, not oil level. You should go by the dipstick to see if you need to add oil. If the dipstick shows low, add oil.

While truck is level and engine off. Repeat checking level reading both sides to find the lowest level.

I’d be more concerned about the low battery level

Battery voltage level is fine, center line is 14 volts, alternator won’t always sit at 14 volts (13.5-14.5)

As previously mentioned, that gauge displays oil pressure, park the truck on level ground with it off, pull the oil dipstick, wipe it off, insert and pull again to check level…

If at the bottom of the safe line add a quart and see where it sits

I'd go back to the owner manual's last page and take a look.
