    2016 tundra crew max limited
Bought my first tundra after wanting one forever it’s a 2016 crew max limited with 207k miles only one in my price point hehe. But being tha my dad has a 2007 with 350k miles I figured it was fine. It had one owner oil changes every 5k miles up to 100k then they did 10k oil changes up to 207k miles. So far I’m only doing chrome delete and putting 275 60 20 vs the 55s I don’t think I will do a lift it looks decent how she is she already costing me lots of monies lol

Edit: oh yeah she’s noisy but from what I read that’s how they are. Towed my other truck back with a u haul trailer with it did good except sometimes it felt like it didn’t wanna shift outta first on tow haul till I let go of the gas a little. Maybe it woulda shifted eventually but it was sounded like it was to high

Welcome from UT, love the color!

As for Tow/Haul shifting, yes, it will shift later, that's what you want. The engine is designed to rev high while towing, so long as it doesn't redline you're fine. Of course that means gas guzzling, my truck drops to about 8MPG while towing through the mountains. Also, as you are towing remember to drop the shifter to S4. Helps with gear hunting.

If you are in tow/haul drop into S4, this is also in the owners manual. I have on occasion gone up to S5, but that is usually on a long straight downhill and it didn't last long. If it is in 'D' it will start jumping between 4/5/6 while towing and cause you to lose momentum. I tow a large travel trailer, ~7,000lbs, through the mountains of Utah, and S4 in tow/haul hasn't let me down. S4 also helps with engine braking, you can let off the gas and slow down using the engine/transmission.
