I'd also check with your dealer for a permanent VIN soon. Won't be able to use the temp VIN much longer.

 

I've double-checked this, and I think you're outside of my region, unfortunately.

leaving tomorrow for fargo for the weekend. hopefully its at the dealer next week to finalize paperwork and get the bed cover on before pickup.

no problem. confirmed my theory that it wont depart the transport company until they load the whole transport. i know they wont transport just 1 vehicle on the transport. they are waiting to load it fully and it may not be just 1 dealer to drop vehicles off at.

what i was told it could take 7-10 days to arrive since they are waiting for other vehicles to load the transport full.

 

I would assume that they have loads of vehicles waiting on transport and not loads of transports waiting on vehicles. I've seen it take a week or more, but I've also seen it take 48 hours. I would guess the dates in the screen shot should be fairly accurate.

 

well it helps not alot of toyota dealers in ND. 7 maybe 8 i think in the whole state and mine isnt an exclusive toyota dealer. and they are almost perfectly spaced to not over lap each other very much.

 

I hope the process when gets to the railyard and get inspection done and loading to a truck for ground delivery to the dealer (which is 3 hours away) gets fast.......

Is there a way to tell if the truck actually got built yesterday? Just curious since last time the build got pushed back. Sorry to bug you again

 

Typically you can tell when the Temp VIN stops working. That's not always the case tho. Doesn't look like the systems updated yet to reflect that it has been built yet.

 

Pretty sure mine is real close... maybe even arriving this weekend? @bobbilly would you mind one more check for me? Much appreciated!!
