    Best mpg over 50 miles - 34.
464 mile trip - hand calculated to 29 and a little over 1/4 tank left - mostly highway between 65 and 75 mph.

2022 GMC Sierra 1500 Crewcab Shortbed with 3.0L inline 6 duramax diesel because dealers in my area want at least $10k over sticker for the Tundra. So far no regrets....

My ecoD got like 32+ on a 800+ road trip to San Diego going 75-80.

Thought the straight 6 diesel would be even more efficient guess not.

Best I got was 24 mpg on summer gas on a 40 mile trip. Same trip in winter I got 22.1. Above 65 mph and those numbers plummet

You were flying considering the speed limit for the trip was a max 110 km/h or 68 mph. Well done on not getting a ticket.

Best 50 mile segment in my 1500 Denali w/ the 3.0L Duramax was 42.3 mpg. It was a flat bit of highway and cruise control set at 65. Normal driving I’d see around 24 with a mix of traffic and side roads. Great engine but horrible cab issues. The rear window/valance leaks were always resurfacing so I bailed and am waiting on a tundra. I hope you don’t ever have to deal with that crap.

New platinum hybrid, just did my first week of commuting. Dash read 20mpg, hand calc was 23mpg and some change. Mostly 65-75 highway, pretty impressed for being in Colorado, cold/high altitude.

I get 17-18 at 75-80 mph, reset the mpg meter while on the interstate, at speed since it's only 20 miles. Around town I get 14 but there's a lot of idling to warm it up since my commute to work is so short. Most of the time in the summer I just ride my bicycle the 3.5 miles each way.

12.28/100. You are not calculating using imperial MPG which Canada is. Use a mileage calculator that uses UK or imperial. Our gallons are different sizes than US

I drove from Ontario Oregon to Rawlins Wyoming (640 miles) and averaged 24.1 mpg on one tank last summer and that's going up and down over a few different mt ranges. I set the cruise @ 70mph, I noticed when I went 75-80 it would drop quite a bit so I dialed it back. Some people can't drive that slow for that long but I'm never in a rush to go anywhere. On the rest of the trip I averaged anywhere from 19-22 mpg. In my normal driving back and forth to town I average 18 though.

Everything lined up……+4 degrees, dry highways, no one around. Drove the 2012 Tundra to Calgary, drove back 2 hours later in a 2022. Didn’t plan on driving all the way home but that new truck was like a dream compared to the 2012. Left my house at 8:00 AM , did a round trip to Calgary and was backing in the garage at 10:15 PM.

I just drove from Central Louisiana to Southeast Alabama and back to Cenla, and I averaged 20.8 going between 63 and 73 mph. The terrain was mostly steep hills for 600+ miles of the round trip. I was in Eco mode 95% of the trip.

The truck we picked up in Alabama was a 2021 Ram Classic with the 5.7 Hemi. It got 22.5 going back.

Not sure it matters. Is that 5.7 Hemi an Etorque? I’m getting that itch for a new truck. Just can’t consider the Tundra until at least 2024-25.

That would be true if I was in the US. And I would think your 95% US estimate is equally misleading
