It’s my first ‘crawfish’ broil for me. Been doing an annual shrimp broil for probably 18 years With a friends group of mine.

Lying in my bed on a customer call. On double mute just in case I start snoring…

 

My dad used to catch them in one of the reservoirs on the Clark Fork River in MT and trade them for growlers at Laughing Dog Brewery in Sandpoint, ID. I can assure you that “sea” is no where near there.

We did a few boils when I was younger. One of our neighbors was a Cajun.

Well, I almost fell off a kitchen chair... super sleep so going to bed.

I hope to wake up to some good crayfish pics. Never seen them cooked up close. Give me a tutorial on how to crack 'em, and lest see the tail meat.
