Track your Tundra when in "F" status on the train

the assembly line can push your actual production date weeks down the road.

mine went from 11/24, 12/7 to 12/8.

 

as shown below my tundra went thru some long delays

initial allocation reserve request put in dealerdaily on 5-4-22
build confirm was 8-12-22
build date 1 was 11-24-22
build date 2 was 12-07-22
build date 3 was 12-08-22
put in a railcar on 12-12-22
arrived at railyard on 1-11-23 (which is daytons bluff, mn)

you can see the railyard destination while its in transit on the railcar

current status is qc hold since 12-22-22, before it even got off the railcar

 

Time to party!

 

Nothing with the Temp VIN showing sadly. If it's been built they should have a permanent VIN for you.

 

Looks like if you pester them enough they do a little more digging.

nice, i see this is a cali transport company

too bad they dont have a form to track the actual transport truck. i know some carriers will let you track them if you have the vin and dealer number

 

that just means toyota converted the temp vin to a valid vin.

you can verify this by going to toyota owners website and plug a valid temp vin and it will pull up a vehicle. once it stops its been converted.

 

It's built and in the freight stage.

thanks, wasnt going to bother this week since i will be out of town friday-monday to visit the grandson. if it wasnt on the transport by last friday, it wasnt going to be here in time to drive it on the trip.

probably arrive while we are out of town or next week
