Thinking about spending money I don’t have and I’m wanting to regear. While regearing, I’d also want to throw in a traction device. I’ve been watching vids and reading up on the TrueTrac and think that would fit just what I’m looking for. Anyways, I looked for a second and hadn’t seen anyone that had installed a traction device in their center section while also having the stock, brake modulated “LSD” system in place. Interested to hear what people have to say.

    Would this:

    It'll work.

Depending on how soft or aggressive the OEM 'Auto LSD' engagement is programmed, it may no longer engage at all until a wheel is off the ground and the torsen acts like an open.

If you do a clutch type or spool the auto lsd may not work at all.

Did you ever install the Truetrac? I had one in my Tacoma and it worked great.
