I can’t find a link to any charge pipes? Can you share where you got them from?

What volume is that box? Are you eating into under seat storage?

Those subs take nearly a cubic foot in air volume each to perform well. I didn’t think there was that much available.

I did extensive measure/calculations of Behind seat area for my sub, plus specing with three different acclaimed builders (https://www.tundras.com/threads/2022-crewmax-sub-enclosure-build-specs.117136/#post-3032173 )
If builder used 1/2" birch for everything that box is ~1.1-2 cu ft. It only spans passenger & center sections. Gotta do driver side AND underseat to get more than 1.5cft.

I have TRD filters, they are not gonna do a ton for turbo sound. Just an FYI.

I finally got the truck fully ceramic coated. And if that Solar Octane wasn't already a bright color, the coating really makes it pop even more.

Man that’s beautiful, my SO gets built Thursday, can’t wait! I’ve been waiting since October and I feel like a kid at Christmas.
Congrats on getting everything done and getting your truck it looks amazing. Just curious on the bed cover is that a diamondback? it’s tough to see from the angle. Also do you have a tint on your headlights?

Thanks! The rear cover is a Diamondback SE.

You're going to love your TRD Pro. Cruises smooth, fast on the acceleration and surprisingly maneuverable for a vehicle of its size.

Good, really glad to hear that. I’m going to do a few upgrades - tires, ceramic coat and tint, westcott 3/1, and maybe Diamond back but might be waiting a bit as they are spendy. How long have you had it? Anyway it looks sweeeeeeet!

I have had mine since November, probably one of the first 2023s. Already got 2300 miles on her. I've done some intermediate upgrades for how I am using it at the moment:
    1. Diamond Back SE cover
    2. GoRhino D1 Dominator Rails
    3. Talon Garage Catalytic Converter Plate
    4. AFE Tow Hooks
    5. TuffSkinz Rear TRD Pro Tailgate Carbon Fiber Letters

Do you use android auto or carplay for music? Try regular bluetooth from device settings on the truck it sounds way better.

Where did you find the wrap? I have a smoked mesquite limited and would like to do the same. Does the paint match?

The color matches very well. If you apply it correctly, it is similar in reflective behavior to the paint. It is a wrap, so it isn’t perfect, but it is as close as I would reasonably expect with it not being paint.

It is an air release film, so it is easy to apply. It just cost a good amount, so wrapping anything major won’t be economical.

I think I’m nearing my goal modifications, though I’m sure I’ll find more I want to do.

Started with 2022 limited with offroad package

    Additions so far:
    - Icon Stage 7 with Billet UCA and rear track bar
    - Method 701 17” wheels
    - Toyo Open Country ATIII 35s
    - LilB’s fabrication front bumper
    - Warn Evo 12s winch with factor 55 ultrahook
    - Baja Designs bumper lights: S8 10” bars, XL80, squadron pro, S2 pro and LP6 pro ditch lights
    - SwitchPros SP9100 switch controller
    - RCI skid plates with cat shields
    - One of DOM tubing rock sliders welded to the frame. Made by Custom Motorsports LV here in Vegas
    - High clearance rear bumper custom also fabricated by CMS
    - SHW Offroad bed drawer system
    - Mictuning C2 rock lights, 16 lights
    - CBI offroad active spoiler delete module

Next on the list is some sort of exhaust chop as that’s now my lowest clearance point.

Figured if anyone would appreciate what has been done it would be fellow Tundra enthusiasts. Full build with links on my Instagram bio. Nerfherder_tundra

hate to say it but all that chrome on the front of the old one makes it look really dated

I agree. Back when I bought it in 2011, it was a great looking truck. Now sitting beside the new one, you can really see how the styling has changed. I will miss the 2011 though; it had 387,000kms and was a great truck.

Starting chrome delete with “black letters” handles ordered, need tailgate latch and wrap the chrome.
After need led light bar and amber lights.

    still loving the truck

Installed fire extinguisher behind right rear passenger seat back just above the jack. (1794 CM). There is one Toyota bolt threaded into metal behind the plastic back wall. I used that for much of the strength and added two short large diameter taping screws into the plastic towards the bottom of the fire extinguisher bracket. Filed off the sharp point of the taping screws since I don't really know what is behind the plastic, don't want to damage a wire over time or something stupid like that. Had to flip the jack handle over as it protrudes up where the fire extinguisher bracket was, now that upwards protrusion is towards the center of the truck. The other black handle on wood you see in the pictures is the handle of a short metal shovel. The seat back folds back in it's normal position without hitting the fire extinguisher. messages_0 - 2023-02-09T183824.605.jpg messages_0 - 2023-02-09T183827.838.jpg messages_0 - 2023-02-09T183831.499.jpg

So this was a special promo for new shop that has just opened up. They coated everything: Paint, lights, plastics, wheels, glass. $800 for the whole job. I believe this would probably be another 40 percent more at any other shop rates.

I spray painted my emblem matte black with a spray can. Looks great. Touched it up the other day after 7k miles. Also spray painted the exhaust instead of buying the Toyota black tip. Still looks great.
