You gotta watch the full video (IMO) to get into the groove, but if you want to skip the intro then slide to 6:10. The dude's arms and legs are all operating at different tempos!

My brothers and I were playing some SWAT 4 last night.

 

Y'all had quite the party last night / this morning. Dinner at Mexican Sugar and a quiet night for our house. Glad I didn't have to help a friend move a 300lb safe up a set of stairs last night. I'm sure your back is going to remind you about it this morning.

 

I'm a late bloomer on TOOL, I really started to dive in about 8 years ago.

I married the right woman, she's the king of TWSS.
Yesterday while driving the Sequoia I felt a slight bump/hesitation on takeoff.
I said I might need to grease your driveline soon, without skipping a beat she says "you can grease my driveline anytime." (with a wink).

 

For music, I'll have to check those Bassnectar vids once I'm more awake. Never heard a Tool song I could stand. They all sound the same.

I can think of a few bands like that.

1. Tool - I change the channel or turn off the radio
2. Creed - I look for something else, but I can survive if I have to.
3. Korn - like Tool, immediately kill the song.
4. Disturbed - not a fan of his vocals, but it's not a must change situation.
5. Sevendust - One hit wonders in my book.
6. Green Day - Philosophical differences make me hate that a few of their songs aren't terrible sounding, and will stick in my head.
7. Red Hot Chili Peppers - Irritating to my soul.
8. Fall Out Boy - 99% can't stand. 1% catchy song that'll get stuck in my head.
9. 311 - the surf bum mystical hippie vibe isn't for me.
10. Weezer - Hot garbage. Same reaction as Tool or Korn.
11. Nirvana - The best thing Kurt did for music was singing into a 12 gauge. I'm sorry for his friends and family, but I hate Nirvana. It was also the worst thing because it gave grunge permanent life support instead of letting it die.
12. 99% of rap and country - There are a few small exceptions, but the stereotypes of both are true often enough that I don't care for either.

P.S. @LarryDangerfield It's the first GoW with Norse mythology. I played the original 3, and figured I'd give this a shot. If it pleases me I may look into Ragnarök.

 

That was amazing...great find. Gave me goosebumps in a few places. They need to reshoot that video with a different stage or with the performer wearing white. A lot of his subtle moves are lost in the darkness.
