My current schedule is looking like arrive in phx/Scottsdale early Thursday afternoon and drop wife/kids/m-in-law off at resort with car seats then head up to Sedona solo. Head back Sunday morning reversing what’s stated above. Have a quick throw tent and bag with your name on it if you need it. Just let me know. I’m sure others are more than willing as well

 

After I had to redo cabinet work for the fuckers I hired to do my fireplace wall, I’m back in the camp of doing all finish work like cabinets, baseboards and trim my self. I’ll gladly hand off drywall, tile and paint to the lowest bidder…

 

I think I’ll actually have room, depending on whether @AT x AT is doing to steal the loft bed. I’m using a buddy’s trailer that I store for him, so it’ll be nice having heat, shower and shitter

Are you trying to tell me I need to invest in a diesel heater before the trip? How low are we talking at night?

Last April it got into the lower 40s I think, but it wasn’t terrible

 

Tough to say. It should be in the 40s, but can get close to freezing overnight

 

I feel like both times we’ve gone, either the dogs bowls or the water in puddles near by had a decent ice layer over them.

I’ll probably do one or more each day… maybe. I need @KevinK and his cronies to release the schedule so I can figure that out. I’ll be up there Weds thru Sat but not sure I’ll run anything on Saturday. That’s tbd.

 

What day did you want to do your longer journey? Also if grand falls ain’t running I’m gonna skip it

 

Since my kids and wife aren’t coming this year I was thinking of maybe trying to do that early in the week - really don’t care / have no agenda.

I want to do Devil’s Bridge at some point but otherwise I’m open for whatever.

 

Yeah I’m down with doing it early in the week and fit broken arrow in there somewhere. I’m also down for a chillin day at camp and letting the boys run free

 

I just need to know how many 30 packs of Busch Light to bring.

 

Minimum 1 a day

 

I’ll do 3 per day, just to give us a buffer.
