Anyone try Brink Wheels?

Has anyone purchased Brink wheels before? Any negative experiences or regrets? Nothing comes up in the search bar.

I saw them on the Facebook group. Some of their wheels don’t look bad, and are ~6-8 lbs lighter than my stock OR wheels.

 

No mention of them on the internets biggest Tundra forum....that's a red flag for me.

They remind me of Black Rhino style...similar branding too, with the "flow formed".

I have Black Rhino Stadium and love them.

 

where are they made? looks like all will have poke in the 20"

 

Brink was advertising on the Tundra FB group... lots of the members there came up on Brink's black Friday deals. I was able to order the 'Fangs' recently and should be arriving this Friday.

 

Flow formed wheels will be a better choice than cast for the weight reduction. If the price is right and there are no negative reviews, could be a good choice. They have some nice styles as well.

I know KMC are.. Maybe some other wheel pros brands

 

appears they don't make a wheel for 2007 - 2021 tundras. maybe that's why they've not been mentioned here before.

Looks like most of the offsets are 0, and only 0 for 17” from what I can see. That would limit the customer base alot. Something in the 25-40mm range would be better for most applications. As the prior poster said no 5x150 option so that means no gen2 tundra or sequoia and no landcruisers. The 17” weight around 23.5lbs is pretty good though.

No help, but thanks. When I click on products, it brings up a slew of wheels that are China made, which I am fine with. You opened up the Made in China is junk discussion and now you can't prove anything.

The bottom line is, $5000 wheels will likely be made in USA. $1000 wheels will be overseas.

Go to the website of the brand. Look up the type of wheel you want, forged, cast, etc.. Boom..

There are plenty $2k wheels they make in the USA.. and def not Canada eh

Yeah I got some cheap china made wheels.. They were $1k on eBay.. Gotta save up some $ for some American made C4 bumpers buddy. I’ll get rid of them in a couple years… Def ain’t buying nothing from Canada soon tho

 

Not too many wheels are made in Canada. There are some designed in Canada but manufacturing happens overseas. Mine are made in Taiwan using flow forming which gives me a wheel that weighs about 26lbs. The bonus is that it is hub centric so made for the Tundra at 95.1mm. Most of the 6x139.7 bcd wheels have a bore to fit just about every truck (hub rings would be required). I would have liked a few different styles to choose from but the ones I got look good (at least for me).

Sounds like you had a bad experience up North?
