No work, just the miserable existence that is a screwed up nightshift sleep schedule :p just woke up, think I fell asleep like 2.5 or 3 hours ago, now I'll probably be up for like 8 hours before falling asleep again :annoyed:

480vac, yikes! About 50 years ago I worked for an electric motor manufacturer. I was the reliability manager and we randomly tested motors off the production line. One day a 480vac came in for a locked rotor test. It was only 1 hp, but locking the shaft was a test of some bolts. Then locking the motor to a steel table, the table had to be chained to a wall. That would vibrate like hell…. I still have fond memories of the event. I wonder if anyone has tried to lock a Tesla motor down and apply full voltage? 480vac is scary stuff imo.

One I've had since high school is just a basic wooden rectangular board something like this, but not as fancy. The other is a faux scrimshaw board. I'll get a picture this evening.

I know you didn’t create that meme…but I’m trying to figure out why the boat was needed in the background.

Saw one of the worst cases of asshole parking ever at the Home Depot today. Saw this fuck head pulling into the spot and watched waiting for him to realize that he didn't fit.
Nope, put it in park and went inside. He left 6 feet of his truck sticking out, had to have dinged the door opening it, and blocking the car from being able to back out.

The DOT number on the side suggests he's not an independent contractor (not sure AZ laws). If you remember the business name on the side of the truck, find a mobile number or email there, and send the pic. Even if it winds up being him, he knows people are watching his assholery.

Alternately, you could leave a sticky note above one of his gas caps that says "I might have put sugar in your tank for parking like an ass hat. Have a fucked up day."

But please don't actually put sugar in his tank...

This is the one we use most. The wooden ones are for travel, it won't matter if we forget it somewhere.
