Nothing. It is only for the headlights so that you can aim them down when you are hauling a heavy load.

You mean the dash dial? It's a headlight adjustment.

    Nothing for the fogs

You should be able to do fog light adjustments manually with a Phillips screwdriver..

    The fogs are manual adjustments.

That is a general fog light photo showing what the manual adjustment looks like. Your fogs are manual adjustment and in no way tied to the dial on the dash.

Put your truck facing a wall at night and turn the dial. You will see the headlight beams move.

At night pull up to a wall, or even your garage if you have one, about 25 feet away.
Turn the adjustment knob and watch the beams of your headlights raise and lower..

    No problem.
After my 2.5 front lift/level I had to turn mine down a couple of numbers, as I kept getting flashed by oncoming vehicles.

For me, the best way to adjust these is when you're at a stop light or sign and you have say a Camry-sized vehicle in front of you.
I adjust the top of my low beams just to where they are just below the bottom of the back window and just under their side mirrors..
Not very technical, but it works for me..
