    I did a little research, but found no indication you can turn off a Honda fob. It'll have to be a faraday bag in the purse. An electronics store might have a static shield bag from a hard drive or other component. Those used to work as faraday bags (been a while since I worked with hardware), and would fit in a purse. Otherwise:
