So I jumped on the SABM bandwagon. I couldn’t get the dang new intake tube to fit to the right of the OEM ground, the hole is drilled in the box as far to the rear as it could go. I made a new ground after sanding the paint to bare metal, then sprayed with Blue Ribbon. I traced the hole onto the metal while the box was reinstalled, cut it out, painted, and mounted the new intake port.
These pics are before I siliconed everything for airtightness, I figure that’s how to eliminate any whistles while on the throttle. There was quite a bit of trial and error to be able to get everything to fit snugly and cleanly, while being able to mount everything correctly.
I noticed a definite deeper tone in the motor sound. I can’t say for sure, but it seems the shifts are smoother, but my butt dyno may be on the fritz.

Picked up a full set of Husky Mats and the Toyota bed mat from @pickupjason earlier today. From what I can tell these are so much better than the Weathertech's I have in my other truck.

Morimoto headlight install for the win. Can't say it was super easy. Maybe an hour and a half job. Pulling the grill off wasn't fun and it does sound like something is breaking. Just plugged everything in that needed to be plugged in. Didn't use the fuse tap or any adapters and everything seems to be working with no errors.

Finally got around to installing the lift. Just need to get it in for an alignment now. Rear add a leafs added almost 2”, and the front 2.0s added almost 4”. Im sure they will settle a bit

They may change slightly with the alignment but the height will stay the same. Did you put the ball joints in Config D? Also, take that sheet with you when you go in for the alignment. Some shops are not familiar with the adjustments on the SPC's.

Yes I did put them in config D. Still seems quite a bit off for camber. I saved the sheet hopefully get it done early this week.

Yes it will be quite a bit off. They shouldn't have to mess with the ball joint setting at all. D is the most common starting point for these trucks. I've had my Aluma setup for almost 3 years now. I have the older rear shocks though....with the remote resis.

Here’s some footage of the beach run during Baja. Chase truck had a hard time keeping up but this was about 70-80. Definitely caught air in a few spots in this vid.

Ordered a ScanGauge 3. Once it arrives tomorrow, I'll take a look at the mount and see what it looks like. ICS can make a custom mount for it to fit on the Rago dash plate.

Just mounted the 35/12.5 BFG KO2s. Yes there is slight rubbing on the driver side plastic in reverse but that can be corrected. I have a set of Falcon tow/haul shocks set at level with a 1" Coachbuilder shackle and Coachbuilder Bumper shims. Stock Upper Control Arms.
