I don’t know if this is any deal really but I just ordered a set of Falken Wildpeak A/T3W in 295/70R18 from Discount Tire and they were $329 a piece.

If changing/re-calibrating causes something to break then its possible they could deny a warranty claim but again it has to be the cause of the issue. For example you brick your ECU during this calibration process they will most likely deny a warranty claim for a new ECU. If your rear shock leaks they can't deny your claim as this would have nothing to do with recalibrating your speedometer.

    I got them in a 18x9 +20 offset. Tires I went with Toyo open Country AT3 35x12.5

Unfortunately I didn’t ball out and get the forged wheels. Those would be Rays Volks racing wheel line. Volks are like $3300 for a set. I have Volks CE28 on my Evo.
These are the Rays Gramlights 57DR-X which are cast. These came out to $2200. And yes, I got the matching center cap.

Rainy days, but pic of my new Nitto Ridge Grapples (35x12.5) on the 20” TRD OR wheels. Thought appropriate to capture the TRD Lift Kit. Amazed how nice the ride is…

Are you running a spacer? Or, not needed with those tires? Thanks.

@Limitrd - no wheel spacers. I’m getting very small rub on the inside of the mud flaps at full lock, but plan to just cut them slightly vs removing. Pretty easy.

I was worried about poke, but that is also not an issue.

Trail hunter is running 295/65/20 for those wanting to copy the look. And on the TRD lift of course.

Who is running 295/70R18 on +18 offset rims with no lift, no level, on TRD Off Road package.

Does this setup get some rub that requires a leveling or a little inner fender work to sort out. I already ordered mine so just trying to confirm if I’m going to need to do a little extra work.

I had that setup with no problems with mud flaps it’s a great look, I’ve leveled it since and waiting on more upgrades but you don’t have to change anything

Nice thanks I expect I’ll probably do the level eventually too. I just don’t want to have to do it immediately if it doesn’t rub.

Well after looking at this tire over and over I’m so glad you showed me this . The weight saving , low noise level and great reputation make it easy to pick . The light tire I found before this was 55 pound Toyo so this is crazy lighter

Hey all - new to the forum, new to Tundras. I just ordered a ‘23 Lunar Rock SR5 TRD Sport Premium and I’ve been looking at some aftermarket wheel and tire options…. Needing some input and/or advise on the following:

Opinions on Vossen HF6-4’s 22x9.5 +20 wrapped with 295/55r22 Toyo Open Country AT3’s?

    I plan on doing a 2.5” or 3/1 level.

I’m going for this look (not my picture - found it on another thread)

Thoughts? Opinions? Pics of other similar 22’s?

Looks good I actually had the wheels in that pic in an 18” on a Silverado. Personally I would never consider over 18” or 20” wheels on a truck for a gazillion practical reasons, but do what you feel, I’m over 40 and out of touch with what’s cool (as my kids love to remind me)

Growing up and taught to air down for traction related issues, purposely having such little sidewall seems very non functional. Aesthetically not my cup of tea, but I too am over forty so maybe I'm too old to understand the big wheel craze on "off road" vehicles. I am having a hard time wanting to put 35s on my stock 20" trd offroad wheels....

That's the same size I'm planning for the Continental TerrainContact AT. Do you have any issue at all with rubbing @weign? I measured and there is plenty of clearance, just thought I should ask someone who has actually done it :) thanks.

Do you know if it is the TRD lift and UCAs that allow you to run 35/12.5 on the 20in TRD OR wheels without a wheel spacer? Everything I've read and heard is 12.5 wide 35s will rub the UCAs on the stock 20in TRD OR wheels. Wondering if the TRD lift UCAs create some extra wiggle room between the tires and UCAs?

Thank you, it looks great. I was undecided between 275/60/20 or 275/65/20, i think this made my decision (wanted to keep stock suspension)

Anyone running the Weld Off-Road Ledge 6 (W106) and can share some pics on their Gen3?

I’m going to be running Toyo R/T Open Countrys in 295/65r20.

Debating on the 20x9’s with a +20 offset or the 20x10’s with a +13 offset.

Thoughts on either of these options? I want a squared look but want others’ thoughts on a 10” wide rim on a 11.6” wide tire. Should I go with the 9” rim instead?

I don’t want too much tire bulge (20x9 +20), but also don’t want too much poke either (20x10 +13). Similar setups anyone?

(Pic for attention - closest setup I can find online)
