Hoarfrost is neat, but the conditions that cause it make for lousy driving.

 

These modification laws do nothing to help the issue of criminals using firearms. The fact you can’t have any tactical weapons is scary to me.

It's not a law because it was not passed through the legislative branch. It's a definition change from a regulatory body/law enforcement agency that technically shouldn't be able to create new criminal charges through the changing of definitions.

Speaking from a purely rules based perspective, same as if I were commenting about the facts regarding speed limit laws and who is and is not allowed to change them.

It’s a peculiar kind of frost that occurs in high humidity freezing conditions. I’m not exactly sure what the physics are but when it’s on branches and tree limbs it’s very beautiful. Like thick clusters of fine white hairs made of frozen water.
