Not typically rain on the east side of the state, I still have a couple feet of snow at my house.
We are in a warm spell this week though, keeping just above freezing at night.

Hope Monday goes good for ya, we've got people coming in early for a project Monday @ 0330.

Nah, vent away. That's what we are here for. If there are reservations or you just don't like some dickhead who is gonna show up, this is a good place to blow off the steam. Can't get fired for doing it here.

I never used to like "real" mac and cheese before my wife and I started making it and I still probably wouldn't order it in a restaurant (unless we go to the mac and cheese restaurant my wife likes).

 

You want a worse way? My friend's mom used to send him an "uncooked" hot dog for lunch to school and he would eat it cold with no bun or condiments.

Oreos aren't crunchy?

 

Just don't feed me the "thin" oreo version...I have to eat twice as many.

 

The operators at the last place I worked used to do eating contests from time to time. One time a Muslim guy participated and got so sick that his wife took him to the hospital. After having to tell the doctor everything he ate, he then had to convince his wife that all the food for the contest was halal.

 

I prefer the old school Girl Guide cookies that they no longer sell (in Canada, anyway). Those mint things are generic and lame.

 

Man, that was a lot of stuff to catch up on. You Kathys were chatty last night. Hot dogs, s'mores, Oreos...dang. Hot dogs on bread is brilliant cuz there is a lot of bread choices that are better than nasty hot dog buns. S'more's need to have the marshmallow (preferably home-made) perfectly brown, dark chocolate (preferably with caramel) and just a bottom layer of gram cracker. As for Oreos...never been a big fan and it seems like the double stuff is now about the same amount as "regular" was years ago. Biggest prob I have with Oreos is they require milk and we normally only get them when camping. Don't like switching from adult beverages to milk for dessert...first world problems!
