I do not know about you but it seems absurd that Toyota says new Sequoia 2018 when they only change the headlight, I want them to update it like the Tundra, and the extended version. :bananadance:

My guess is it will get a face lift when the new '19 or '20 Tundras come out. The minor changes on the '18 Sequoia are probably just to hold it over till then. You could always do a front end conversion yourself.

When I say update like the Tundra I do not mean just the front end, if not the dash board and all the updates, 10 years without updating it is too much! They're killing her :crapstorm:

When I say face lift I mean a total redesign, inside and out. Don't think they can get away with just updating the front end lol

For what the Sequoia XL would cost, I'd go Landcruiser all the way.

I was at the dealership today getting the oil changed in the wifes 4Runner today.
While waiting I walked around the lot and looked at an 18 Sequoia Platinum, $$$$71,432.00. I kept walking. Oh it was very nice though. If I had more money than brains I would buy it.

The interior of the sport is nice but my only real complaint for now is the tiny dash screen and the distance it is away from the driver..

    Other then that its great.

I'm going to go out on a limb here. Even though we just bought a new 18' TRD Sport, I have a feeling Toyota is about to cut the Sequoia line completely. it's the lowest selling SUV in it's class, and in Toyota's lineup, just behind the Land Cruiser in the US. if you look at World Wide, it's WAY below the LC.

It's a great rig, I just think the bottom line is going to determine it's fate.

Forget waiting on Toyota...just build your own. I've been working on mine for about 2 years ;)

    I did

I’m a builder. Enjoy building rigs and using them for a while and then selling. Planning a new build.

    Thank you.
