If you do have issues with the ps cooler , if you go the route I did, there's no additional cutting needed because the aftermarket cooler can be relocated wherever you need to.

I received my C4 overland bumper last week. I sprayed it with 2 coats spi epoxy primer and 2 coats rustoleum satin black. just bolted it up today. I love the look. can't wait to take it off road.

Great job indeed! That looks professionally done. Doubt I could do as good but I'll be going this same route if I purchase one of these.

Did this ever come in? I literally cant find a photo of a Tundra with one on other than the ADD websites photos. Super curious how it turns out and how you like it!

Didn't notice the liner'ed tailgate. I already have the surround and bulge done, but didn't think about doing that. I like it :monocle:

does that include crash bar? Wondering what total weight of everything that has to come off in order to install certain bumpers is. That way we can figure exactly how much weight is about to be gained.

Anyone with the CBI with full brush guard, do you have room to snap the grill back in with the bumper installed, or does it need to be snapped in before the bumper is tightened down?

I like that its aluminum for the salt belt. Can you pick the color and does the bar interfere with TSS?

Heftyfab just offers it in black powdercoat for additional cost or raw aluminum. In my case I wanted to paint more of grey and went with the same duplicolor wheel paint I used on my wheels. I think a closer color to the vehicle makes it less obvious there is a new bumper/looks more stock but not at the same time. The bar is optional and does not impede the regular TSS sensor in the Toyota icon. No issues in the month or so I have been driving with it. The bar does block the sensor for the TRD pro style where it is lower in the grill from what I hear.

Favorite color on a truck and this bumper is amazing! What did you cover the bumper with ? Bedliner ? Also for someone who isnt as inclined of a welder, would this be a kit you would say a beginner could put together ?

This is a lot of reading… I was looking for a tube type front bumper, winch capable and able to house a 40” OnX6 light bar. I have yet to find one so no winch for me

    1 or 2... I lost count
Definitely not one I've seen to perfectly fit your needs.
ADD Stealth Fighter would fit the 40" and has a winch plate, but is not a tube bumper
SS built has a tube bumper with a winch plate that you can put a 40" on top of but not IN, which is what I assume you mean

Yes I have looked at that one but do not like my lights out in the open for anyone to help themselves. I would be happy with the one I have if I could get a winch on it
