    What a day. I need different tires in the truck. After digging out for a couple hours with the tractor I was able to get one trailer out. I should have just pulled out the chains.

    After getting the trailer up to flat dryer ground the lights didn’t work. Guess I can thank some rodents for that. Repaired that problem.

    This all started at 4:30 PM.

    Finally went to Home Depot to pick up a flooring order for one of my friends. I’ll take it down to him tomorrow afternoon. 4EC5E2EB-B96E-40EF-BF3C-A39753005DD3.jpg

    Wife had fondue on the menu for dinner, so I didn’t waste any time getting home. Pulled in and figured I would just park out front with the trailer. Yep, I got stuck again. Dammit.

    I’ll deal with it tomorrow in the daylight. :rofl:

    I have a feeling a second set of wheels and tires will be purchased for the winter wonderland I call home.

    The search is on.

    Winter tires are worth it! Been running them for about 10 years now. I must admit complete ignorance when it comes to winter tires and towing though, whether there are any and how they behave.

    This is my dilema. On the road the Michelins do great. Most manufacturers make heavy tow rated snow tires. Not sure how well they would last though. We get spurts of snow storms and mostly have dry roads and terrible side roads.

    We have snow tires for the Lexus and Subaru (both have Michelin ICE-X tires) and we have been very happy with those tires.
