Exactly. Hell me and the wife raised 2 kids, at the time I had a double cab tacoma. No way I'd ever get a trophy case on wheels.

It’s a good thing because we went from 1 kid to 3. Got a 2 for 1 special in 2018. The bed also allowed for two of everything:yes:

Yea, I just have 1 and honestly, unless you "need" a third row or captains chairs a crewmax tundra has more rear space than most suv's and mini vans.

I’ve got the 2 car seats and 1 booster and wished I could get rid of them because I’ve got these coming in a few weeks:

I loaded my baby in the truck after the store last night and she let a big one loose. I had plenty of room in the backseat to get back there, pull her out, changer her diaper and put her away. Love having the CM and the space.

UGH just remembered. The poopy diaper is still in the bed of the truck and it's above freezing still.

I agree! My wife prefers the tundra over our Ascent because it has more room…

Lol I don’t blame you, I wouldn’t want to cover those up either, they look great!!

Just wish Toyota would take the leap and make a FULL SIZE suv. Instead they made their biggest US SUV smaller.. :poking:

    Ah yes minivans
She's doesn't know it but there are some all terrain tires and perhaps a set of smaller diameter wheels coming for that van. That thing sure is luxurious though I sometimes ride in the back with the kids and goof off with them, there's just so much space and comfort. I'm torn though, I want to get her a 4Runner and she isn't having it.

Ha, yeah, main thing is road trips, plus we are moving back to CA from NC in a few weeks. Two cats, dog, baby, in the truck cross country just aint gonna cut it.

Man, the Chrysler Pacifica S package looks mean to me. Might have to scoop one. Love the aesthetics/simplicity of the front and backend. Taillights and headlights are super clean.

Take a ride in one...especially have someone in the second and third rows to see how comfortable it is. My family and I did a trip about 8 hours with five of us, three cats, a mastiff, 2 terriers and all the shit that usually comes with us in a Yakima pod. We all fit in the Sienna no problem We have captain seats second row which was perfect for the mastiff. Only complaint is that it needs to have a tiny bit more ground clearance.

Yeah def need to test drive some vans. I'm totally a Toyota guy, but I just love the Pacifica looks. Might consider a Sienna though. Sounds like I'll have a similar load heading back to Cali.

Yep, that’s him. My kids won it from a claw machine. And since I’m grumpy when I drive, they decided I should have it so we can be grumpy together on the road. He’s a great co-pilot.

They fit pretty good. I can see a little bit of silver on the sides but not enough to bother me.

Had to make my own harness for my FRAC switch which was a PITA and I used the rear window relocation harness from Accessorides.

I remixed @RainMan_PNW 's switch panel model so that it screws in from the bottom and is clean on top.

This video may explain a little.
    https://youtu.be/ZX60X9pOD0o

It's possible that Toyota may release a recovery hook accessory as an add-on item in the future in response to all the criticism. But, it's sad that things that used to be standard equipment, now have to be added. They did that with the driver side assist handle, trans cooler, and FOB remote start.
They did bring back the assist handle in the 22+ because enough people bitched about it and added it anyways. Like I did. FOB remote start without a subscription is a big topic now. No changes get made if no one says anything.
If I have to add recovery hooks, I would rather get a CBI Offroad Fab Covert front bumper with integrated recovery points and lightbar/winch mounting. Then, throw in a Warn 12,000 lb winch and D-rings..but that's just me. Thinking about doing that to my 2015. It's a low profile partial bumper that integrates into the factory bumper. Our "tow hooks" are more like tie down hooks anyways. How's that for validation? The wife likes it, but it'll have to wait.

They also make pretty slick looking full front and rear high clearance bumpers that accommodate all of the sensors.
