    I had a face-to-face with the designer today. He's off the hook. The PM for the engineering firm is who dropped the ball. He did not inform the designer of the schedule I needed to be met, OR what he included in the proposal. The designer and I came up with a plan to recover the schedule. This is a new PM for this firm: Strike ONE!
