I don’t recall it being that tight. I find them both similar where there are a few squeeze points.

New to the forums. Looking to pick up a 23 Army Green Hybrid Limited today!

Already reading up on color matching mustache and chrome delete. Will likely do a side step and some TRD wheels. W

I’ve owned a v8 05 4Runner for nearly a decade, this is my first Tundra. Lots of history into modified 1000+ HP cars, never modified or owned a truck!!

There’s one spot either right before or right after we cross 13 that is just a huge rut that seems like we barely fit. But I think it’s been widened over the last year, at least enough that the extra track width won’t be an issue.

Our trucks cannot leave the garage until tomorrow morning or I would have been there. I have been on vacation for over a week and go back to work Jan 3rd so I will get out there.

Curently have my yard dug up since I cannot go anywhere

Well we chatted thinking things through. They’re getting a new offroad trailer so thinking he’d lighten the rig a bit.

But possibly doing the gfc platform then if they don’t take the trailer maybe do something easy and light RTT that can come on and off. V1 GFC is claimed to be 300lbs the platform is 145lb ish.

Az gang who’s everyone using locally for general maintenance? I’d like to get the trans fluid flushed before the run. And the old man needs someone to look into something on the FJ.

Ben McCaley at Arizona Toy Pros can fix you up. However I do not know of many shops that can get you in quickly. I know he has a back log and it has been like that for a couple years now.

Finally got a hoist mounted in the garage here. Nowhere near as fancy as the one in my shop at home in OR, but it'll do.

Hopefully it's not a new home, you'll void your structural warranty. Sorry, I have to say it 10 times a day. It's become a habit.

Also, my 4runner buddy did some covert ops when his house was being built, apparently they don’t insulate the garage?
So he got a hot tip from the contractor when drywall was being hung, he went in at night and put insulation in all the cells…….

My pops put a hoist on the beam above his roll-up garage door since the beam is definitely up for the job, and used to use the hoist to take the fifth wheel hitch out of his bed. Hoist dropped down between the rolled up garage door. Pretty stealthy, but not as useful if you wanted to hang stuff from the ceiling like the post above.

8' 2x4 spanning (3) roof trusses. Screwed to all (3) and a 3/8" bolt thru the strut and sandwiching the new 2x4 with fender washers and nylocks.

Eye bolts are setup similarly with each pair connecting to one 8' 2x4.

To the guy warning about a voided warranty, this distributes the load to multiple trusses. If my 300# @ss can stand on one, 3 can hold up 250# of tent/rack. If you're that worried about liability, better not change tire sizes or shocks from OEM...

Yup, I usually turn a blind eye to added insulation because the only thing required by code is living area, unfortunately the garage is considered an exterior room.

I have heard that insulation in the garage is not a good thing because it retains the heat of the vehicle(s), added air circulation is required, etc.

The more I read the more it turned me off but MAN is it hot in Arizona in the summer in my garage

Not seeing a lot of deals on Eaton's currently, 4 Wheel Parts has 10% off. I just ordered my front from them last week.

If you're ok pulling the 3rd member,.I had Zuk up in Prescott setup my rear Powertrac LS a few months back for $500.
