    I have a coworker who's Father-in-Law built his own comm towers in the rural area he lived in. He was a volunteer firefighter and they desperately needed comms but found none in their region until he built a few on his own property. Years later the cell companies got to where they wanted some coverage up there but saw that he'd already built towers. They offered to buy them but he had the foresight to just let them lease the towers in exchange for upkeep and a fair sum. That was 20 years or so ago. He has since passed on but the family keeps getting paid. His property is in NH.

    No kidding? Must be clean livin and a good woman. Damn I’m 48 and can’t wait to hit 50 to retire. Lol

    once I retire…I’m going to see some of those views. Never been to those areas.

    Ok. Well this is after I cleared the snow off and this was after…some tire grooving.

    Had to drain my tank today on the tractor. Water in the tank…and way more that what you would get at a fuel station. Very suspect.
