Winch and lights installed today along with tilt bracket for license plate. Second set of lights and led bar going on sometime this week. I’m exhausted haha.

Well, not so much what I did to my Tundra, but I discovered mice had left their business on my centre console. Great! Now I'm searching through others' experiences with this.

Sorry, no handy pic. They were on both sides on the A pillars until 2013. Gone for gen 2.5 but you can order a 2013 one and install it from Sparks. You have to make one little notch on it to accommodate a wire that wasn't around on earlier models. Whole install takes 15 minute.

Not today, but 2 days ago, thanks to the help of my cousin, I was finally able to put my Victory 4x4 rock sliders and fuel tank skid on. Now I can hit much harder trails without worrying about damage as much.

Thanks guys. Good to know it's an easy job. I was kind of wondering if the airbag may make it more difficult. I'll see if I feel a need for it after more time owning the truck. I know I've wanted one on previous vehicles.

How do you like the fuel tank skid? I have been looking at that one for quite some time.

It seems really nice, and well built. I haven't tested it yet. It is VERY close to fuel tank on the driver's side, hopefully not too close to start putting a hole in it from vibration.
I believe it's on sale right now. I bought these things last year, so they had been sitting for a bit.

You, sir, are not really appreciating the wonder of driving a Tundra! I have a little over 45k miles in exactly the same time.

No doubt. They were asking $15k less for my 2014 1794 with 280k km than a 2014 limited with 120k km. By those calculations yours @French Avocado is worth more than it was new. haha

So installed Christmas gift, bed rails, today. The spray in bedliner covered all of the holes where the hardware would go, with only the holes for the plastic guide pins showing. Initially I had thought the original owner had removed the rails. Just a matter of putting them up in place with the guide pins, drilling through the liner to expose the already threaded holes in the bed, and then attaching with the torx bolts.

After just the rail across the cab side
    20221226_111509.jpg

    Then after sides too

Yeah I can wait. I rather wait till winter is over and possibly put other size tires on in the spring. Also I rather run my Pro wheels for the winter also.
